Top Brass produces wipes [wet and dry] in various forms of flexible packaging as well as rigid style packaging. No minimum run requirements and the fastest speed to market in the industry, makes Top Brass the affordable custom choice.
A full service operation, we can produce a turnkey product for you starting with your idea. We will assist you in nonwoven selection, wipe size, count and fold, lotion formulation, packaging materials selection and design, as well as final packout options such as carton and box design.
Already familiar with wipes? We can work with some or all of your customer supplied components too. We offer a variety of folds including Z, C, W, and Dovetail. With our custom wetting capabilities we have the ability to handle up to 40% solids. No packaging material is too difficult to work with as we can run everything from simple polyesters to multi laminate foils.
CONFIGURATIONS
Peel and Reseal
Peel and seal packaging or flat packs, is a Top Brass specialty! This form of flexible packaging is the fastest growing segment in wipes as consumers like the portability and space savings it offers. With wipe sizes ranging from 2 x 4" up to 12 x 12" or larger, and stack counts from 2 - 50, we are sure to be able to design a package to meet your needs. We have the expertise to help you select the right nonwoven for the job and the right packaging materials to ensure your product is a one of kind wipe that offers the consumer quality and value.
Coreless Rolls
Coreless rolls, or center pull towels, offer the user larger towel counts and the ability to contain more aggressive cleaning lotions than might be practical in flexible packaging. A large range of towel sizes and sheet counts is available as well as folded towels. Top Brass works with aftermarket standard canisters in 80-83 mm and 120-160 mm size, or can fill your custom canister. Many lid varieties are available from open design to self sealing for industrial use. Graphic options include label or silk screen. In addition to the canister, we can design and fill a refill pouch for your roll.
Tubs
We fill flip top tubs in small, medium, large aftermarket sizes, or can fill your custom tub. Tear open pouches can contain the wipes for longer shelf life requirements or tub refills. Add full color labels and shrink wrap to the tub and you have a winning presentation of wipes for many consumer and industrial uses.
